Katrina Salisbury

 

Katrina is a certified Health and Wellness Coach, specialising in assisting men and women in their midlife years who are ready to elevate their health and thrive. not just survive. She has developed an engaging and transformative 12 week program, working 1:1 with clients and liaising closely with GPs and Allied Health Professionals. Utilising comprehensive assessments and targeted strategies, Katrina empowers the client to take control of their health and helps guide them on a journey towards solving their unique challenges. The end result is greater clarity, more energised and on track for healthy ageing.  


As an accomplished APA Sports Physiotherapist, Katrina has worked at both the Olympic Games and Commonwealth games and has over twenty years experience in treating both elite athletes and the general population. Katrina's passion has always lain in helping clients to achieve optimal health and performance, not just by treating the injury or symptom, but digging deeper to find the root causes and addressing all facets of health. She is a passionate member of our team who takes the priority of her clients' health and wellbeing to the highest level.
