Caroline joins Mounties Care Health with an extensive and diverse nursing background spanning over two decades. With 14 years dedicated to surgical nursing, Caroline has honed her skills in perioperative care, post-surgical recovery, and patient education. Her expertise extends to emergency nursing, where she has spent six years managing acute and critical care situations. Since then, she has spent time in a variety of settings including aged care, private hospital, orthopaedic, rehabilitation and cardiac.

She has now found her love for general practice.  As a certified Nurse Immuniser Specialist, Caroline is proficient in administering vaccines and helping families with childhood immunisations and developmental assessments.  She is adept at running flu vaccine and Covid 19 vaccination clinics. 

Caroline's commitment to women's health encompasses a wide range of services, including reproductive health, screenings, and patient education. Caroline is also highly skilled in wound care.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Caroline brings a deep understanding of aged care and creating chronic disease care plans to address the complex needs of elderly patients with empathy and professionalism.

Her holistic approach to nursing ensures that each patient receives personalised and compassionate care.

Caroline is a mum of two and also a third generation nurse in her family.
